Your piece may honor someone you love, reflect what your family has carried, mark a season of transition, or create a quiet reminder that there is often more happening beneath the surface than we can see.
Through color, texture, movement, symbolism, and negative space, your story is thoughtfully interpreted through the artistic language of Callam Laine.
The goal is not to illustrate every detail or reproduce a photograph exactly.

During the commission process, you will be invited to share:
What or whom the artwork should honor
What your family, community, or space may be carrying
The emotions you want the piece to acknowledge
Colors, textures, and symbols that feel meaningful
How you hope someone feels when standing in front of the artwork
You decide how much of your story you feel comfortable sharing.
From there, I create an original piece that holds the feeling rather than simply recreating an image.

The Commission Process
1. Share your story
Complete the commission inquiry and inspiration form.
2. Shape the direction
Together, we will identify the intended feeling, general palette, size, symbolism, and placement.
3. Reserve your commission
Your project is placed on the schedule after the agreement is signed and the 50% booking payment is received.
4. Allow the work to unfold
I create your piece using the textures, movement, colors, and visual language of Callam Laine.
5. Bring empathy home
After final review and payment, your original artwork is prepared for pickup, delivery, or insured shipping.

Custom artwork begins at $450.
Final pricing depends on the canvas size, materials, complexity, framing, shipping, and scope of the project.
Most commissioned pieces require approximately 8–12 weeks. Requested dates are confirmed individually and included in the written agreement.
