Due to the handmade and personal nature of our work, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery

  • Email: owner@callamlaine.com

  • Include photos of the item and packaging

We will offer:

  • A replacement (if available), or

  • A refund/store credit

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost by carriers, but we will help you file a claim when possible.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed.
