Artwork

  • Each piece is hand-painted and created as part of a larger story centered around grief, healing, and emotional experience. No two pieces are ever the same—every canvas carries its own movement, texture, and meaning.

  • Most pieces are original, hand-painted canvases. If prints or reproductions are available, they will always be clearly labeled.

  • We photograph each piece as accurately as possible, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Subtle variations are part of the beauty of original artwork.

  • Original artwork is one of a kind and will not be restocked. Once a piece is sold, it is gone. Occasionally, similar pieces or prints may be released.

Ordering & Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

  • Shipping times vary, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • At this time, we ship within the United States only. Please contact us for international inquiries.

  • Each piece is carefully packaged with intention to ensure it arrives safely. We take great care in protecting your artwork during transit.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade and personal nature of each piece, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • If your artwork arrives damaged, please email us within 5 days of delivery at Katie@callamlaine.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Custom Work & Gifts

  • Yes. Custom pieces are created in alignment with your story and emotional experience.

  • Yes. Many pieces are purchased as meaningful gifts. You can include a note at checkout, and we will add a handwritten message if requested.
